5th Grade and Varsity Teams Win Catholic Bowl!

Our 5th Grade football team watched the Prince of Peace Stars fall in a 36 to 8 victory.  And our Varsity team pounced the St. Thomas Aquinas Wildcats 20 to 8!

What a great and exciting season!  Thank you for supporting our St. Rita Spartans.

Teams Advance to Catholic Bowl

5th grade wins 20 to 6.  They were in control most all the game.  Our offense was sharp and we moved the ball well scoring 3 touchdowns.  Our defense was the difference maker and a total team effort

Varisty wins 8 to 6.  We averaged almost 35 points each game this year so being down 6 to 0 with two minutes to play was an uncomfortable place for us to be in.  We proceeded to go 80 yards in a minute and a half and score a touchdown with 37 seconds to play........Jake Kunasek caught a touchdown pass between two defenders and Gage Anderle kicked the extra point to clinch the win.
