Biography

Hello! I absolutely love being a part of the Saint Rita community! My husband, Stephen, and I have been attending church at Saint Rita together for 14 years. We have two wonderful boys who attend school at St. Rita as well. Cole is in 4th grade and Maddox is in 2nd grade. 

I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and attended Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Grade School. After 8th Grade, I went on to Seattle Preparatory Academy, a Jesuit High School. I received my undergraduate degree in Education and Human Development from Washington State University. After graduating, I taught 2nd and 3rd Grade in Seattle for 5 years. During that time, I completed my Masters in Education. Then life brought me to Texas 18 years ago, where I taught in Plano ISD for 10 wonderful years in 2nd and 3rd grade.  Last year I had the wonderful opportunity to join the amazing Kindergarten team at Saint Rita. Being a part of a child’s educational journey has always been my passion!  I look forward to a wonderful year helping your children learn and grow!
