Biography
Hi! My name is Kelly Kathryn Hine, but please call me KK for short. I'm the Middle School Teacher's Aide, a 5th Grade Advisor, and will be teaching a Speech and Drama elective this year. I’ve been happily married to my SMU sweetheart for 28 years…and his name is also Kelly! (Yes, it’s true.) We have two young adult SRS grads; Z is 24 and a full-time baker in Boulder, Colorado, and Kat is 21 and a full-time student at Pace University in NYC.
During the 11 years our kids were in school at St. Rita, I was an active parent volunteer, especially helping to coordinate the academic contest, Speech and Drama competitions, and my true love: helping Senora Schweitzer with the 8th Grade Musical.
I’m looking forward to helping the middle school teachers and middle school students as an extra set of hands and heart in our beautiful school community. Happy New School Year!
