Mrs. Lynette Jackson, PreK4 Teacher

Welcome to Pre-K. I am looking forward to meeting you! In my classroom, I like to create an environment to help my students develop a love of learning through exploration while helping them to develop self-help skills to prepare them for Kindergarten.

I grew up in the Dallas area and was fortunate to receive a Catholic education in the Diocese. I graduated from St. Rita and Ursuline Academy. I attended Southern Methodist University and received my Bachelor of Business Administration. I received my Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. I am certified as a Texas EC-4 Generalist and I have an ESL Certification.

I have taught Preschool in the Diocese of Dallas for nine years and I have taught Preschool at St. Rita since the inception of the program four years ago. I believe that it is so important to keep children engaged through exploration and use of all the senses. My mission is to help children develop a lifelong love of learning.

I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and three sons, one who attends University of Texas, one who attends Jesuit, and a son who is a current student at St. Rita.
