I’m so excited to continue at St. Rita but in a new role as fourth grade Religion and Social Studies teacher!
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. This will be my ninth year of teaching.
In 2015 I decided to solo backpack throughout most of Western Europe, which then led me to travel with a friend to two weddings in India and hike up the Nepalese Himalayas to Annapurna Base Camp. I then received a wonderful opportunity to teach the English language at a hagwon in South Korea for a few months.
I am one of twelve children-six boys and six girls-as well as an aunt to eight. So, throughout my life I have been a teacher in some form or another. Aside from teaching, I love to travel, rock climb, hike, cycle, and run.
I look forward to getting to know you and your child!
