Welcome to Kindergarten!
My name is Colleen Vozeh and I am so excited to be teaching Kindergarten here at St. Rita for the 2021-2022 school year! This is my 14+ year of teaching. Eight of those years have been here at St. Rita (First Grade and Kindergarten).
I was born and raised in Dallas and I have been a parishioner at St. Rita since birth. I am a proud graduate of St. Rita, class of 1997. I am also a graduate of Ursuline Academy, class of 2001. I graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2005 with my bachelor's degree in Psychology in addition to my teaching certification. I am certified to teach Early Childhood-4th grade and English as a Second Language. I have taught in both public and private schools here in Dallas and Atlanta. I have also had the amazing opportunity to volunteer my teaching skills abroad both in South America and Africa. Many families at St. Rita still refer to me as Ms. Tehan because that was my name when I first taught at St. Rita. I have one daughter, Ava Grace. She is now 4 1/2 years old and I am so thrilled that she will be attending pre-k here this year! I know first hand that this is an amazing school and provides an excellent education, and I feel so blessed to be here at St. Rita teaching your children! I am looking forward to this school year and I cannot wait to get to know all my students! WE ARE ST. RITA!
