Timeline of Events

7:00 AM – Complimentary Valet available in the South Parking Lot

7:00 – 8:00 AM – Coffee and Pastries are available in the Parish Commons. 

8:00 – 9:00 AM – Mass

9:00 – 11:00* – Classroom Visits

* Students may be dismissed with their Grandparents starting at 10:00 AM.

o   We can't wait to see all of our Grandparents and Special Friends!  New this year, we will have a PHOTO BOOTH so be sure grandparents stop by for a keepsake with their grandchild.

o   Starting at 7:00 am, drop your car at our complimentary valet. Our new Parish Commons will be open to grab a coffee and a pastry and relax a bit before Mass begins at 8:00 am.

o   After Mass, swing back through the Commons to grab some coffee and pastries before you head on your way enjoying a "Day in the Life" of your grandchild.

o   If your grandchild(ren) are in PK-4, you will head directly to their homeroom (with your student) after Mass. If they are in middle school (5-8) you'll receive a copy of their schedule and you can go class to class with them if you choose.

o   Throughout the day, volunteers will be available to help you find your way.

o   If you ever need a "time out" come on back to the Parish Commons. We'll have coffee and pastries available until we run out!
