If you need to request a refund from our former school lunch catering partner, GWCTD, please see the instructions below. If you received an email from LINQ Connect this summer about adding funds to your account for the 2026-2027 school year, please disregard it. We are no longer using LINQ Connect for our lunch payment processing. 

Families and faculty will need to submit a request online. Within the form, they can include multiple students (and themselves, if applicable). Please use the link below to request a refund. Please note that the form will remain closed until May 21, after the final day of lunch service. Balances must reflect all final purchases.

Refunds are processed over the summer once accounts are finalized. As GWCTD processes refunds across all campuses for graduating and non-returning students, families can expect to receive them before the start of the new school year, with the majority completed by late August and some extending into early September, depending on volume. We appreciate your patience with this process. 

Please be mindful of keeping accounts current as we head into the final weeks of school. This will make setting up a new account with our incoming catering company much smoother. 

To stop getting emails from LINQ/ Guess Who's Coming to Dinner Caterers (our former caterer), here is the action step you must take: Log in to LINQ Connect, navigate to your profile avatar in the upper right-hand corner, and select "Settings." Scroll down to "Linked Accounts", then select the trash next to the account you would like to remove.
