Information about requesting a refund from GWCTD

for any remaining balance in your students' lunch account.

 

Families and faculty will need to submit a request online. Within the form, they can include multiple students (and themselves, if applicable). Please use the link below to request a refund. Please note that the form will remain closed until May 21, after the final day of lunch service. Balances must reflect all final purchases.

Refunds are processed over the summer once accounts are finalized. As GWCTD processes refunds across all campuses for graduating and non-returning students, families can expect to receive them before the start of the new school year, with the majority completed by late August and some extending into early September, depending on volume. We appreciate your patience with this process. 

 

Please be mindful of keeping accounts current as we head into the final weeks of school. This will make setting up a new account with our incoming catering company much smoother. 

LINQ Connect

For students with preexisting LINQ accounts, your login credentials remain the same as last year. New students for the upcoming school year will be imported into LINQ prior to the first day of school. Please be on the lookout for an email from GWCTD with instructions on how to register and set up your LINQ account.
