Buck a Jeans Day: Wear Purple for Pedro

Our monthly Jeans Day on Dec. 19 will be dedicated to the memory of Pedro Medrano, a member of our St. Rita Class of 2020 who died tragically in a car accident in the summer of 2016.  Pedro had been a part of our Spartan community since kindergarten, and his sister Paulina is a current St. Rita student. Pedro’s parents Evangelina and Domingo are active members of our parish Hispanic Ministry. In short, Pedro was one of our own, and his loss will always be deeply felt. All funds collected on Dec. 19 will be donated to the Pedro Medrano Memorial Scholarship fund. Please bring a minimum of $1 donation and wear jeans and a t-shirt, preferably with something purple.  Purple was Pedro's favorite color!
