The Grandparents' Day flyer is attached below for your reference.
The schedule for the day allows grandparents the opportunity to spend time visiting all their student(s) classrooms. Please note the following to prepare your visitors:
• Valet parking will be available in the south parking lot, next to the church and near the area that is under construction.
• No registration or check-in will be required. The oldest student in each family will be bringing home name tags and if in middle school, schedules for guests to follow or find their students. For each visitor, please write the name of the grandparent or special visitor in the center of the name tag and also write the student(s) name and homeroom number at the bottom right hand corner. For example, Visitor (middle of name tag): Jane Murray, Student (bottom corner of tag): John, 6 - 300
• If visitors have lost or misplaced their name tags, we will have name tag stations throughout the school: in the cafeteria entrance, at guest desk; and, in all middle school hallways. Volunteers and Student Ambassadors will be also available throughout the school helping visitors get to correct students' classrooms.
• Grandparents can attend Mass with students and then proceed directly to the classrooms with them. Visitors not attending Mass can enjoy a continental breakfast in the cafeteria and then meet students in classroom after Mass.
• Refreshments will be available in the Dining Hall and visitors can stop by anytime from 7:30 am (prior to Mass) to 10:30 am (before or between their classroom visits.)
• Grandparents' Day will end at approximately 11 am so that traffic can clear out for the official school dismissal at 12 noon, including regular carpool; however, students are permitted to leave with the grandparents any time after 10 AM.
