Our Administrative Structure

At the start of the 2020-2021 school year, St. Rita moved to a new Administrative leadership structure.   Our administrative leadership model is designed to offer an unprecedented level of support to our students and staff as well as to bring much greater clarity as to the person responsible for various topics, questions, or concerns. Our structure also results in a larger presence of administration throughout every building and hallway during the school day. 

 

In this new model,  we employ a Principal and Vice Principal along with five Deans, two Counselors and a Middle School Coordinator.  Each of these positions has a specific focus. In this way, our leadership team is called to be “mini-experts” in their areas. This structure helps us realize our mission to empower students to reach their potential as learners and servant leaders through faith, hope, love, and the joyful pursuit of knowledge.
