Howdy Y’all!

I am so blessed to be part the St. Rita community, and I am looking forward to a wonderful year! The joy of working with and helping students, teachers, and families is what I look forward to each day!

I am a native Texan; however, my Dad was career Army and I have lived all over the US and in Germany. I am a proud Texas A&M Aggie who bleeds maroon, and can “WHOOP” with the best of them! My husband, David (he’s an Aggie too!), and I have lived in Plano for the last 17 years. We have two wonderful children, both attended Catholic schools. Our beautiful daughter Natalie is married to our wonderful son-in-law Albert, and they have 2 of our 3 amazing and precious grandsons, Dominic who turned 11 in July and Damian who will be 8 in October!  Thomas, our handsome son, is married to our beautiful daughter-in-law, Elisa. They are parents to our third precious and wonderful grandson, Jaxon who turned 3 in July. Thomas and Elisa are joyously expecting our 4th grandbaby in January! We also have a goofy but very lovable rescue German Shepherd named Onyx, and a sweet but goofy Pomeranian, Buddy.

I have taught in the Diocese of Dallas for 17 years and been in education for a total of 48. My faith is a defining part of who I am, and being able to share my faith through Catholic education is a true joy!
