Lien Tran

Hello Pre-K! 

I grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in a family of ten siblings.  I have six brothers and four sisters.  My mom and siblings are still in Baton Rouge. Therefore, I travel to visit them as often as I can.  I’m blessed to grow up in such a huge and loving family. My extended family is now with the St. Rita school community.      

My daughter, Evelyn graduated from St. Rita in May 2023 and is attending Bishop Lynch High School. She is a senior and loves being on the Brigade dance team.     

I graduated from LSU and have a degree in Elementary Education. I have worked for 26 years in the Catholic school district. My experiences span from Kindergarten to 2^nd grade. This will be my 19^th year at St. Rita. In my years here, I have taught 2^nd grade and supported teachers in 1^st grade and Pre-K. I love helping students and teachers and I am so grateful for the opportunity to be with Pre-K again. I'm excited to help with the little ones for the third year as an instructional aide. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year.
