Mrs. Courtney Howard

I am so excited to start another school year as the Dean of the Student Success Center. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Special Education from Texas Christian University.

Before joining St. Rita in 2024, I served as a special education teacher in Plano ISD and Notre Dame School of Dallas. I love working with all kinds of minds and helping students develop their passions. I love building meaningful relationships with families as they navigate advocating for students with learning differences.

I am committed to fostering warm, welcoming environments where students feel supported both academically and personally. By integrating faith into education we can create a strong foundation for student growth.
