Bio

Hi! My name is Stephanie Peterson.  I grew up here in Dallas, graduated from Highland Park High School, and then attended Texas A&M University.  This is my 20th year in education.  I started my teaching career in Plano ISD and earned a Master of Arts in Education while there.  I spent 12 years in various roles in lower elementary at Wesley Prep, including the last 5 years as a third-grade teacher.  My husband Scott, our two kids, and I live in the Hockaday neighborhood. Our son, Wyatt, is an 8th-grader at Christ the King, and our daughter, Sadie, is a 6th-grader at Wesley Prep. I’m looking forward to working with the 1st and 2nd graders here at St. Rita!
