Mrs. Dickerson's Home Page

I am excited to be teaching 5th-grade ELAR and 6th-grade Honors ELAR this year! I’ve been a teacher at SRS for fourteen years, and I love helping middle school students grow in confidence as readers, writers, and thinkers.

At home, I stay busy with my three children. Two of them are at St. Rita—William is in 7th grade, and Katherine is in 6th—while my oldest, Elizabeth, will be a sophomore in high school. Watching my own children learn and grow reminds me daily of the importance of encouraging curiosity and kindness in the classroom.

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my kids at their activities, and being part of the St. Rita community. I’m looking forward to a wonderful year together!
