Christine D'Souza
My name is Christine D’Souza, and I am so excited to be teaching 6th grade Math at St Rita. I have been teaching Mathematics and Science to grades 6, 7, and 8 for over 15 years. I am originally from Goa, India. After graduating with a degree in Microbiology, I had different plans as far as my career was concerned, but I somehow got into teaching, and I absolutely love it! It is always such a joy to watch a student's face light up when they arrive at the correct solution to a math problem or science lab. I love challenging my middle school students to their full potential and preparing them for high school. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano and cooking. I live in Plano with my husband and two sons. I look forward to a wonderful academic year in helping my students grow in their faith and education.
