Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year at St. Rita! I am so blessed to be part of the St. Rita community. I grew up in Richardson, Texas. I attended school in the Richardson Independent School District – Mohawk Elementary, Richardson North Junior High and J.J. Pearce High School. I am married to David Pacione. We have three children, Lilly (12th grade), Nicky (11th grade) and Matthew (2nd grade). My family lives in North Dallas with our dog, Marley. I love to read, support my children in their extracurricular activities and watch Aggie football.
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993. Following student teaching at Richardson High School, I attended the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University and graduated in 1997. I worked as a litigation defense attorney for eight years in the Dallas area before leaving law practice in 2005. I am currently an inactive member of the State Bar of Texas.
I taught at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School in Richardson, Texas from 2007 – 2016. I have also served as a teacher at Senior DECATS for the past thirteen years. I am thrilled to be teaching my favorite two subjects at St. Rita – Texas history and American history. Please contact me with any questions you have as we proceed through this year. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I am also available to meet by appointment.
