2026-2027 Deposit Schedule

Are there any additional mandatory annual fees that I will owe?

No, we have moved to an all-inclusive tuition model, effective for the 2026-2027 school year. All student registration fees, lower school (PK-4th) supply fees, field trip fees (including overnight trips), all ISEE testing fees for grades 7-8th, all graduation fees for 8th, yearbook fee, and Spartan Day donations are now included in tuition. (The only fee that falls outside of tuition is the $500 new student matriculation fee. This is a one-time fee.)

We are also eliminating the annual GAP campaign, which aimed to close the gap between tuition collected and the actual cost of educating each student. Moving this fundraising effort into our tuition model allows families to see the full cost of education up front and spread it over predictable monthly installments.

Middle School Supplies (the school has historically not ordered supplies for middle school students and will continue to allow students to shop from a grade-level provided supply list).
Tithing (a biblical gift to the church)

2027-2028 Deposit Schedule

Beginning with the 2027-2028 school year, the tuition deposit will shift to 10% of tuition per student, due in February of the preceding year. For families on a FACTS monthly payment plan, this deposit will be included in the overall tuition spread across 10 monthly payments rather than 9, ensuring payments remain manageable and predictable.

Annual and semi-annual tuition payments remain available in addition to the monthly schedule.

How does St. Rita define a "parishioner" for tuition purposes?

A Parish Tuition Family:

1. The family is registered and fully participating in the parish community as manifested by traceable stewardship of time, talent, and treasure

2. The children have received or are preparing to receive their respective Sacraments of Initiation

3. At least one parent is a fully initiated and practicing Catholic, or actively in the process of completing their Sacraments of Initiation

St. Rita does not implement a six-month parish eligibility status. A family can sign up with the parish and receive the tuition discount from the time of registration. The suggested parish tithing amount is $1,200 annually.

Does St. Rita offer financial aid or scholarships?

Yes! Financial Aid is available through FACTS Grants and Management. Typically, the maximum aid issued is up to 50% of the tuition rate. Financial aid is funded through our school's endowment and private donations rather than the school's operating budget.
