QEG (Quarterly Engagement Grade) Boost

QUARTERLY ENGAGEMENT GRADE
If you think that your current QEG grade is not an accurate reflection of your participation, please compose a NEATLY, HAND-WRITTEN note on some looseleaf or nice paper, in Spanish (using the sample sentences below) to explain why you think your grade should be boosted. THIS NEEDS TO BE TURNED IN BY Monday, 10/13.

Currently, everyone has a 95A.  Since it was first quarter, I am choosing to leave it at that... that is pretty high and I feel like that MORE than fairly (if not OVERLY) covers most people... HOWEVER...

If you think you deserve a 96 to a 100, that should look like the following:

1) You ALWAYS or almost always enter the room in compliance with the 3 S's "en silencio"... You go directly to your chair (no socializing in English ever), you store your stuff neatly under your chair, you see the board (and quietly do whatever is required based on what is on the board).  And you do that relatively "en silencio" (in silence) in order to transition out of your English brain and into your Spanish brain.

2) You ALWAYS or almost always abide by the three rules (1. having courage & being kind, 2. Join the SPANISH party, 3. Let Señora know when she is not being comprehensible) and you're very respectful of the "golden rule" of not speaking over others.  You're especially quick to come to attention if Señora uses one of her many call & response chants.

3) You NEVER or almost never mess around in class and/or distract the people around you... you rarely blurt out unnecessary English.... you never or almost never have side conversations when you're not supposed to.

IF, you feel like you very much meet those three qualifications above, please write me a NEAT, HAND-WRITTEN note on nice paper in Spanish using a combination of the following sentence (aim for at least 8 sentences):

Querida Señora Schweitzer,
>> Dear Señora Schweitzer,
